Director
Josh has spent the last 15+ years exploring the challenges of advancing and opening up research in partnership with funders, libraries, research institutions, policy-makers, and research infrastructure providers in dozens of countries on six continents. This includes helping to build and deliver sustainability for infrastructures and community partnerships, launching products, and contributing expertise and analysis for numerous initiatives, non-profits, and businesses.As ORE Consulting’s director and senior consultant, Josh leads on project and service delivery.

Alice Meadows
Consultant-at-large
Alice has many years of experience of working in scholarly publishing and scholarly communications, with a focus on community engagement, outreach, and communications. She is skilled at explaining complex and technical issues in a clear and accessible way, and passionate about the need for a robust and open global research infrastructure and about improving diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility – in scholarly communications and in society at large.As Consultant-at-large, Alice works independently, as well as collaborating with the ORE team.
